The cool climate and gravelly loam soils of the Frankland River region in the South of Western Australia are well suited to the production of intense and elegantly structured wines.
The grapes for the Sauvignon Blanc were picked in pristine condition over a range of 12-13.5 Baumé to increase complexity. The wine was tank fermented and bottled early to retain freshness. Growing Region: Frankland River, Western Australia Colour: Pale straw with green highlights. Bouquet: Floral, lemon, passionfruit, guava and gooseberry aromas. Palate: Fresh fruit flavours, clean acidity and a dry, crisp finish.
