 Flying Fish Cove winery is situated 25km north of the Margaret river town site, along Caves Road in the renowed Wilyabrup area. Next door to the winery is the Flying Fish Cove vineyard - a 20 hectare vineyard planted in 1997 by several of our shareholders.
In 2000 a group of 20 grape growers in the region invested in the construction of the Flying Fish Cove winery, which carried out its first vintage in 2001. In 2005 it fully processed over 260 tonnes for the brand.
We are a producer of premium quality, great value passionately Margaret river wines. The reds, particularly Cabernet Merlot and Shiraz have been successful in winning a number of medals and awards, more recently with our 2006 Shiraz picking up 2 top golds in this years wine circuit so far. One of these golds being awarded at the 2007 Royal Melbourne Wine Show, placing it as a nominee for the most eagerly sought after wine trophy in Australia - the Jimmy Watson Memorial Trophy. |

 Willow Bridge Estate is an exciting and significant new addition to the World Wine Industry. In less than a decade, the Estate has produced an impressive array of outstanding wines, most notably the classic Black Dog Shiraz.
The vineyard is a family owned business that is operated by principals Jeff and Vicki Dewar, who bought the picturesque 180-hectare hillside property in 1996. From day one, the family shared a vision to produce premium quality varietal wines for both domestic and international markets.
The Estate is located in a hidden jewel of the winemaking region of south-west Western Australia called the Ferguson Valley. The environment, climate and soil types sets the area apart from the more traditional wine growing regions of the state and provides an environmental combination never previously utilised for the production of premium wines.
