 Amberley Estate is probably best known for its trend setting Chenin Blanc that sells out every year before the next vintage is released.
Not bad for a commercial sweetish wine, but this does reflect the fact that Amberley is one of the most visited wineries in the Margaret River region. Any day of the week you will find the winery/restaurant complex humming with activity serving a band of faithful enthusiasts who return again and again to this idyllic setting in bushland near Yallingup.
The range of wines include Semillon/Chardonnay, Semillon/Sauvignon Blanc, Semillon and Chardonnay in the whites and Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Merlot and Shiraz in the reds.
The red wines in particular have fared very well at shows around Australia and the 2000 Ist Selection Shiraz stands as one of the best examples of this variety in the region. |

 Cape Mentelle Vineyards, established by David and Mark Hohnen and now part of the Moët Hennessy Wine Estates, is a specialist producer of premium wines in Margaret River in the south west corner of Western Australia. One of the country's finest wine regions, Margaret River enjoys a maritime location, with the added advantage of a long dry growing season.
Cape Mentelle was one of the first vineyards established in the Margaret River region. First planted in 1970, there are today over 180 hectares under vine and the winery, constructed in 1977, crushes about 1,500 tonnes of fruit from estate vineyards and contract grown fruit sourced from within the region. Primary plantings are of cabernet sauvignon, semillon and sauvignon blanc with smaller amounts of shiraz, zinfandel, merlot and chardonnay.
The winery and original vineyard lie between the town of Margaret River and the Cape from which it takes its name. The original Mentelles were Frenchmen, geographer Edmunde and his cartographer brother Francois-Simon, who lived in Paris in the early 1700's.
Cape Mentelle Vineyards, is committed to the concept of true regional styles and will continue to expand its operations to produce quality wines.  Deep Woods Estate is a boutique winery located on Commonage Road, Yallingup in the northern corner of the premium wine-growing region of Margaret River in Western Australia-close to the resort town of Dunsborough and the famed surf break at Yallingup (an aboriginal word meaning "place of love").

 Flying Fish Cove winery is situated 25km north of the Margaret river town site, along Caves Road in the renowed Wilyabrup area. Next door to the winery is the Flying Fish Cove vineyard - a 20 hectare vineyard planted in 1997 by several of our shareholders.
In 2000 a group of 20 grape growers in the region invested in the construction of the Flying Fish Cove winery, which carried out its first vintage in 2001. In 2005 it fully processed over 260 tonnes for the brand.
We are a producer of premium quality, great value passionately Margaret river wines.  Redgate wines of Margaret River.
The first vines planted at Redgate were Cabernet Sauvignon and Riesling. This has grown to include 55 acres under vine including varieties such as Sauvignon Blanc, Semillon, Chardonnay, Chenin Blanc, Pinot Noir, Cabernet Franc, Merlot and Shiraz. The vineyard has been planted on a ridge of gravelly loam over clay and is located less than 3 km from the Indian Ocean both factors contribute to producing fruit packed full of subtle elegance. |

 The beginnings of Stella Bella Wines date back to the release of 200 cases of the single vineyard Suckfizzle Sauvignon Blanc Semillon in 1999 by winemakers Janice McDonald and Stuart Pym.
In 2001 the first Stella Bella wines, a Moscato style Pink Muscat and a Sangiovese Cabernet were released. An interest in Italian wine influencing both the choice of name and wine styles.
And the latest addition, Skuttlebutt an everyday drinking style, was released in 2003.
From this modest and eclectic beginning, Stella Bella Wines has experienced rapid growth, broad critical acclaim and a reputation for producing individually crafted Margaret River wines of great expression, personality and quality.

 Vasse Felix was the first commercial vineyard and winery to be established in the Margaret River region of Western Australia.
The vineyard took its unusual name from an early event in the district. Vasse was a French seaman who drowned last century when his longboat overturned near the site of Busselton while exploring the coastline on the ship "Geographe" under Captain Freycinet.
Paradoxically, Felix is the Latin word for fortunate or luck. Thus the name refers to a favoured place in Australia discovered by the French.
In 1965 Dr John S Gladstones emphasised the region's suitability on his report "The Climate and Soils of Southern WA in relation to Vine Growing". Two years later Dr Tom Cullity planted vines and Vasse Felix was born.
In 1987, Vasse Felix was purchased by the Holmes à Court family and today grows under the leadership of Mrs Janet Holmes à Court. |

 Voyager Estate is located in the premium wine producing region of Margaret River, Western Australia. Latest statistics show that, although only producing 4% of Australia's wine by volume, Margaret River wines account for 23% of the country's premium wine production. Voyager Estate is proud to be among the select wineries that contribute to this production.
Our oldest vines date back to 1978, just over 10 years after vines were first planted in the area. When current owner, Michael Wright, took over the property in 1991, he set out to expand it and develop a visitor destination that would be a showcase for the region. He also set out to ensure that, above all else, the quality of wine being made at Voyager Estate would always be the best that nature, expertise and pure hard work could provide. We leave it for wine lovers and our visitors to judge for themselves. |

 The definition of watershed is 'to go to a new (higher) level of understanding; an awakening'. A second meaning is 'a high area of land between two bodies of water'. Both meanings are appropriate to Watershed Premium Wines.
The Watershed label was designed by Roland Butcher and incorporates a purple room with a four paned window on the wall. Green vines can be seen looking out of the window, however, the main focus is a ray of light streaming through the glass and diffusing across the floor, symbolizing a human being's 'stream of consciousness' - a creative but almost uncontrollable thought process, spurned on by small inspirations, all leading to a final revelation, or awakening. |
